I’m also going to drop in my photo and review of the Marina one piece from 2020.
Before we get into it, let me just say that I have found the quality of my Summersalt swim to be amazing over the past year.
No pilling of the fabric, the fit is still perfectly in tact without stretching and I feel insanely chic in my Sidestroke. I also own these palazzo pants which are amazing for traveling.
Summersalt suits run from size 2-24 with a few styles also available in long torso options.
My stats:
Height: 5’9″
Bust: DD
Jean size: 30
Top and Tee size: Large
General Sizing: 8-10

I have to start off by saying that this suit is amazing at minimizing the bust! I think this suit makes my bust look smaller and perkier than any other suit from 2021.
This suit does come in prints – mainly the polka dots – as well as a solid navy that is stunning.
I did notice that the website suggests sizing up in this suit but I went with my normal size (a 10). I Most of the Summersalt suits are cut with a higher leg so the rear coverage is what I would call mid coverage. Not too much out but cut high to elongate the leg and show just a little cheek.
Bust: built in soft cups, darts at bust to minimize it
Guys, this suit. There is not a more flattering suit on Earth.
I do want to give you a little heads up: there are no cups, no bra, no pads, no nothing in the top. I was *startled* by this the first time I put the suit on. I’m a DD and just could not fathom wearing a suit without any bust support but. But.
The way this suit is made, with the fabric pulled across the body and up towards the shoulder strap is insanely supportive and flattering. The site calls it compression but I don’t find it too tight or restricting, just insanely flattering.
Ok, this suit is absolutely not one that you could wear around grabby toddlers! You’d have a booby out in a flash. But if you’re looking for a sexy little number to take on vacation, I think this might be the one!
It is incredibly high cut in the leg and, of course, the front is low cut, so if you’re tall or have a long torso, you’ll want to ensure that you grab the long torso option.
Also, if you’re busty, I might suggest sizing up. I’m in a 10 regular here and could use a long and probably a size up for my chest.
The suit itself is a v-neck bodice with the wrap piece layered on top, so even if the tie comes undone, your suit is still staying put. I love the color combos that it comes in as well – the black and white is crazy chic.
It’s very clean and almost has a sporty feel, with the color shape and placement creating super flattering lines.
The cut is simple but the details really elevate how it looks on, plus it’s got everything locked and loaded so it’s perfect for running around the splash pad. The straps are adjustable for extra support, if needed!
Bust: thin cups on each side with a band to hold the cups in place (not a full shelf bra)
